The supplied SupportTicker renderer is running with clearly labeled demonstration data. Live customers receive data from their own Streamer.bot actions and local data file.

Supporter activity from Streamer.bot

Follows, subscriptions, cheers/bits, tips/donations, raids and gifts.
Latest supporter values.
Session follow, sub, bit, tip, raid and gift totals.
Top cheer, tip, raid and gifter values.
Platform authorization stays inside the customer's integrations.

How data reaches OBS

One exact local data file

Streamer.bot receives and normalizes events.
Included actions write data/support_ticker_live_data.js.
SupportTicker.html reloads it every two seconds.
Empty rows are skipped.
The last usable data remains visible.

Complete customer setup

Import, initialize and test

Extract the ZIP.
Enable Streamer.bot WebSocket on port 8080.
Import the CUSTOMER_8080 TXT.
Run the MASTER setup action.
Correct supportTickerRoot if extracted elsewhere.
Run Test Fake Data, then add SupportTicker.html to OBS.

Customization

Choose exactly what appears

Enable or disable every latest, total and top field.
Edit speed, height, fonts, colours and visual size.
Separate visuals for each event type, totals and top supporters.
Use customer PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG or looping video files.
The continuous ticker does not use alert sounds.

Required local path

Data file connection

Streamer.bot writes to data/support_ticker_live_data.js and the overlay reads that same file. The recommended root is C:\C4TM30W\SupportTicker_by_C4TM30W_CUSTOMER_v1.0.10; another folder works when supportTickerRoot is updated in the MASTER action.

Why it is useful: Support messages stay visible in a compact reusable OBS browser source.

Fallback: Yes — local configuration provides test/default content when live support data is unavailable.

Latest fix: The real browser-source preview and correct v1.0.10 customer ZIP were restored.

Normal customer connection

Streamer.bot port 8080

The public customer package uses the normal/default port 8080. Port 8081 belongs only to a separate special testing installation and is not part of this download.

Use the included test action

Run SupportTicker - 13 Test Fake Data, confirm the local data file changed and refresh the OBS Browser Source. If the file does not change, correct supportTickerRoot.
